What is the difference between a Personal Chef and a Private Chef? A private chef is employed by one individual or family full time, is often "living in", and preparing up to 3 meals per day. A Personal Chef serves several clients, usually one per day, and provides multiple meals that are custom designed for the clients particular requests and requirements. These meals are packaged and stored so that the client may enjoy them at their leisure in the future. Who Needs A Personal Chef?
What if I have a special diet I need to follow? Most of our menu items are healthy. However, we will assist you in designing any style of menu to fulfill your dietary needs. Can this service help me lose weight? Where Is My Food Prepared? On a pre-scheduled cooking date, we prepare your meals in the safety of our own kitchen. After packing and labeling, we will deliver your meals to your door and put them in your refrigerator or freezer for you to enjoy at your convenience. How Will The Meals Be Packaged? Your meals are packaged according to your preferences: family style, meals for two, or individually. They are packaged in either disposable or re-useable containers that will be suitable for refrigerator and freezer storage and in some cases may go directly from freezer to oven to table. We will charge a modest fee prior to your first service to purchase these containers for you. You will own these containers. |
